We want to thank everyone who helped and participated in the SE Baseball Opening Day parade and Red Sox Dog Costume Contest. We had a beautiful day and a lot of good looking Red Sox dog costumes.
First place went to Deh Lee and Laura Ray with their dogs Teddy, Stella and WInston. All were dressed in their finest Red Sox attire.
Second place went to Sylvie Stoloff and her dog. I apologize that we did not get the name but we certainly enjoyed the “Wally” costume.
Third place went to Denny and Nike who was such a good sport walking the parade route in the sweat shirt and thick fur on such a warm day!
We especially appreciated the generous support of our sponsors Kathi and Bob Molloy of BARK PLACE.
Bob did a fine job sharing in the judging ditues with Aaron Michlewitz and Ayanna Pressley. (Bob, I hope we do not lose you to American Idol)
Rob at Polkadog Bakery donated a large dog biscuit basket for one of the prizes. Thank you
